Air velocity & Air Change Rate Test

This Air Changes Per Hour (ACPH) test reveals the measure the volume of air. This measurement plays an important role in the maintenance of HVAC clean room quality in pharmaceutical industry. Our skilled technicians are equipped with the required devices and instruments to evaluate accurate results. We provide a detailed analysis report after the ACPH Test so that necessary steps can be taken align the output with the recommended level

HEPA Filter Integrity Testing

This test is performed to confirm that the filter system is properly installed and that there is no damage to the filter itelf. The test also ensures that leaks or damage  has not occurred during use.  The test verifies the absence of any tears or holes in the filter or leakage around the seals or filter housing.

The test is performed by introducing upstream of the filters, an aerosol challenge that has a specific particle size, and then carefully scanning the downstream side of the filters, seals and filter housing frame.  The test is a leak test of the complete filter installation comprising the filter media, frame and gasket.

Particle Counting Test

The particle count is the most important of tests, for confirming that a Clean Room functions in conformity with the specified requirements of the user and of international standards.

This test determines the Air Cleanliness and the Classification of the Clean Room as specified in GMP and ISO 14644-1.:2015

Airflow Visualization & Smoke study

We are expertise in Air flow pattern visualization studies using multi angled, multi camera and  single dimensional video capturing we have specialized technicians providing quality service with a professional approach.

Air flow visualization Test (Smoke Study) perform Static & Operation Condition to confirm that the airflow direction and its uniformity confirm to the design and support intended use of clean rooms, LAFs or clean air devices.

Clean Room Recovery Test

ISO 14644-3 gives to recovery tests to determine a cleanroom’s ability to recover quickly from a high concentration of particles, namely, the recovery time and recovery rate. … If the recovery time is set at 15 -20 minutes, this test is similar to that specified by the EU GGMP for a cleanroom.
